Our cleaning products will kill any bacteria, dust mites, and other living organisms on contact, while our powerful vacuum system removes dirt, pet dander, and other contaminants. There is so much bacteria lurking in your carpets that you should have it cleaned consistently.
Our carpet cleaning steps:
First, we apply a safe, pre-spray chemical to the carpet or upholstery to break down any dirt on the surface.
Then, our professionals use a bonnet or brush to scrub the carpet or upholstery to remove dirt and surface stains.
After that, we inject an environmentally friendly antibacterial solution and use a powerful extraction machine to leave your carpet and upholstery completely clean.
Some shampoos and low-quality cleaning chemicals leave behind a residue that may attract even more dirt to your carpet or upholstery. However, our hot water extraction method ensures your carpet and upholstery are left completely clean and free of any dirt-attracting residue from cheap cleaning products.
DRY CHEMICAL CARPET CLEANING
Filthy carpets? No problem.
Southern Coast Janitorial house cleaning professionals can use a dry chemical carpet cleaning routine to extract set-in dirt and stubborn stains.
Dry carpet cleaning uses extra-powerful cleaning agents to pre-treat carpet fibers and break down dirt. Then, a machine buffs those cleaning agents into the carpet fibers so they bind onto the dirt particles. The buffing process makes it easier to remove the dirt during the cleaning process, along with any other gook embedded in your carpet.
Dry chemical carpet cleaning is ideal for high-traffic areas of your house or spot treatments. Carpets should be dry within about 30 minutes to one hour after cleaning.
BONNET OR SPIN CARPET CLEANING
We’ll use a rotary floor machine with a cleaning pad that is soaked in cleaning solution to scrub your carpets and extract dirt. Cleaning solutions typically contain brighteners such as bleach to polish your carpet and make it appear even cleaner.
Bonnet cleaning is ideal for occasionally spot cleaning carpets, but typically isn’t part of routine carpet care.
HOT WATER EXTRACTION OR STEAM CLEANING
Leave your dirty carpets squeaky clean with a bit of steam. Southern Coast Janitorial can give your carpets the deepest possible clean using our thorough steam cleaning process. Steam cleaning can lift all the nasty build-up from carpet fibers, including mold and pet messes.
Steam cleaning is ideal for anyone who suffers from environmental allergies or sensitivities to fragrances since the water vapor that’s produced during the cleaning process doesn’t have a smell.
Note that it will take carpet about 24 hours to dry completely after it’s steam cleaned.
